PGSD MAPRES STUDENTS AND UPY AMBASSADORS

On 19 December 2018 which coincided with Wednesday was the culmination of a series of events for selecting UPY ambassadors and outstanding students. This event was organized by LKK UPY in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, BEM KM UPY and UKM Jurnalistik Persada from the date 17 December 2018 and the highlight of the event on the date 19 December 2018. The themes promoted by the committee are: “Exploring the Potential of Smart Students, Character, and Talented towards Exponential UPY”.

After the entire series of events have gone through, Several names were selected as mapres and UPY ambassadors.

1. UPY men's ambassador : Febri Ariadi from the Accounting study program

2. UPY female ambassador : Setiyani from the PGSD study program

3. Mapres UPY : Champion 1 achieved by

Wahyu Putri Novilestari dari prodi TI, Contender 1 won by Yulia Erin Dewardo from the PGSD study program, Second place winner was Kharisma Safitri Nur Indah Sari from the Mathematics Education study program, and hope III was achieved by Dwi Puji Lestari from the History Education study program.

Thank God PGSD brought it 2 champion at once, namely UPY Female Ambassador by Sagita Setiyani and Champion of Hope 1 won by Yulia Erin Dewardo. The two selected PGSD students must be ready to carry out new mandates and bring the good name of the UPY campus. Where, Mapres UPY will continue its struggle in Kopertis Region V. Meanwhile, UPY ambassadors will become brand ambassadors who represent UPY students in the outside world.

Our hope, We hope that with this event, all UPY students, especially the Primary School Teacher Education Study Program, will be more motivated to excel and hone supporting skills outside the classroom and be active in participating in activities outside the classroom..
